As the Head of Marketing & Growth, you’ll be a part of our founding team. We've done early testing on messaging, positioning and personas - now it's time to grow, prepare, and execute on our formal launch. Anything that accelerates the business is within your mandate, including referral programs, PR campaigns, influencer marketing, paid acquisition, partnership marketing and more.
- Craft and execute on a marketing plan that accelerates momentum.
- Serve as a thought leader in the company and set out best practices and performance standards for all user acquisition and growth initiatives.
- Lead strategy for creative production, landing page testing, emerging channels, and paid analytics infrastructure.
- Drive testing efforts including new creative concepts, new ad formats, and channel expansion into new channels or tactics.
- Own all reporting processes relating to growth channels.
- Get your hands dirty with metrics. You’re data driven and well-versed in full-funnel acquisition; you love analyzing and achieving growth.
- Manage day-to-day operation and optimization of our programs across paid social, search, retargeting, affiliate, and influencer marketing
