You will help companies find about the company, adopt the product, use more of it, and of course, retain them as customers in the long run. Though customer success will have your back!

About the role:
• Own the lead management process from lead capture to follow-up.
• Develop and execute growth programs for the platform that influence the entire customer life cycle: acquisition, expansion, retention.
• Proactively seek and identify opportunities for customer growth.
• Help prioritize the right growth campaigns for yourself and the team.
• Help the team meet aggressive revenue goals by being directly accountable for hitting the acquisition, retention, and expansion KPIs


Need to have:
• Previous experience in B2B tech
• Strong familiarity with Google Analytics, AdWords, A/B testing optimization tools, email life cycle programs.
• Unique blend of skills that combines creativity with analytical and data-driven mindset
• You love growing the business and exceeding revenue targets


Nice to have:
• Experience building referral programs
• Technical but not necessarily a programmer
• Knowledge of payments and Financial Services ecosystem are a strong plus
